»This is interactive« is an interactive installation about mobile communication in public space. It tracks and records the presence of Bluetooth devices and communicates these activities through a large scale projection visible to the public. It also encourages the audience to interact with the installation and understand rhythms in urban space and larger events. Discover the presence of people recorded over time and tell your message to every one else by simply changing the name of your cell phone or laptop.
»This is interactive« was presented at the 2007 »Innovationsforum Interaktionsdesign« (conference about interaction design) organized by the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam held at the Hans Otto theatre Potsdam.
「ディス・イズ・インタラクティブ」は、公共の場におけるモバイルコミュニケーションのための、対話式インスタレーションです。このインスタレーションは、Bluetoothデバイスをたどって記録し、その一部始終の動き（出来事）を大型スクリーンに投影し、ビジュアル化することで、コミュニケーションを図ります。また、観客がインスタレーションと関われるよう、都市空間や大きなイベント会場でのリズムが感じられるようにします。記録に埋もれている人を見つけ出したり、携帯電話やノート型パソコンの名前の変更操作をして、みんなにメッセージを送りましょう。
「ディス・イズ・インタラクティブ」は、2007年ドイツのポツダム・ハンス・オットー劇場で開催されたポツダム・応用科学大学主催Innovationsforum Interaktionsdesign（インタラクションデザインのイノベーションフォーラム）の出展作品です。
